On July 15–16, 2026, our team completed the inspection and shipment of three export containers of fused silica sand and powder products,10-20 mesh,20-50 mesh,50-100 mesh,200 mesh,325 mesh,80# and 120# to three clients of investment casting application.
Although every shipment has different specifications, destinations, and packaging requirements, one thing always remains the same: every container follows the same quality control and shipping procedure before leaving our warehouse.
Every Shipment Starts with Inspection
Before loading, each production batch is checked according to customer requirements, including:
- Chemical composition verification
- Particle size confirmation
- Packaging inspection
- Quantity verification
- Visual cleanliness check
- Final loading inspection
Only after these steps are completed does the loading process begin.
Organized Loading Matters
Loading a container is more than simply filling space.
Different packaging types require different loading methods:
- 25 kg bags
- Jumbo bags
- Palletized jumbo bags
Proper loading helps reduce movement during transportation and minimizes the risk of package damage during long-distance ocean shipping.
Every Container Is Documented
Our team records the loading process with photographs throughout the shipment.
These records provide:
- Shipment traceability
- Loading confirmation
- Packaging condition before departure
- Internal quality records
For many customers, these loading photos become part of the order documentation.
Consistency Is More Important Than Speed
Export shipments involve production scheduling, laboratory testing, warehouse preparation, loading coordination, documentation, and logistics.
Completing three containers in two days is not simply about speed.
It reflects an organized workflow where every step is completed in sequence without compromising quality.
Whether the order is one container or multiple containers, we aim to provide customers with the same level of quality control and shipping reliability.
